It's crucial to remember that church should be a welcoming place for everyone, regardless of their political views.
We begin with Mosiah's succession dilemma and the introduction of judges to govern the people. We then examine the immense influence of political leaders and the role of nepotism in Alma the Younger's rise to power.
The episode also questions the nature of influence and challenges us to reflect on who is influencing us and how we, in turn, influence others. The discussion then shifts to the pride cycle in the Book of Mormon, questioning the traditional view and instead focusing on wealth disparity as a key factor in societal downfall.
